Guidelines for friendly and fun gameplay in Royal Warriors

Our rules and guidelines are simple common sense and are in place to help make being a guild member in Royal Warriors fun and enjoyable. Our rules and guildlines are based on one concept:

*Treat others how you would want to be treated*

- We don’t KS
- We work as a supportive team and keep it friendly
- Zero tolerance to immature/abusive behavior
- Big sense of humor in a relaxed environment

We are a guild full of friendly, helpful, and active players who want to have fun but we have a very low tolerance to bad behavior. We CARE about our members wellbeing and help each other out or give advice when needed.

We use Ventrilo, Skype and Teamspeak! These are easy to use voice chat programs available for free to use so you don’t have to type everything in battle. It is not required to join but I highly suggest it. Talk to an officer if you are interested in getting hooked up with other guildies with voice chat.

Absolutely NO begging guildies for power levels.

This is considered harrassment and is a kickable offence, because it’s annoying, and rude. This does not mean that we don't allow plvls because we do of course. If people choose to offer plvls that is completely fine, but asking for plvl from guildies often affects the enjoyment of playing the game for others in the guild.

NO begging for gold or other items.

Plenty of other people managed to get their mount / money / equipment without help. This does not mean you can’t ask if anyone has something you can use, or ask for help aquiring quest items or ask to join a farming party, but repetitive requests or continual harassment will result in actions being taken.

Do not kill steal at all!

Kill stealing is lame, very annoying, and extremely rude. *note: kill stealing on quest mobs only is not against aeria games rules and is not against RW rules either.* If you kill steal, and we get given proof then you will be removed. If you are unsure of what kill stealing is, ask. We know the exact definition. If you don’t then it isn’t our fault. If you are unsure, ASK! Note one or two accidental attacks on a mob don’t count for kill stealing. We will investigate any reports thoroughly before taking action. Please remember that our actions and behavior reflect on our guild as a whole so please be respectful of everyone.

Don’t bad mouth other members on guild chat.

If you are in a party together, and they do something wrong, and you all wipe out, just explain to them. Chances are they didn’t realize. If you are calm, and take your time with them, if they go mental and start calling you a noob or whatever, it’s a lot easier for us to see who is in the wrong when the case turns to us. No getting worked up when things go wrong, because I guarantee, things will go wrong sometimes. Laugh it off; it could be a lot worse.

You should be mature enough to be able to solve internal disagreements / disputes yourself. If you cannot do this amicably then one of the Officers or Leaders will be able to solve it, however we aren’t your babysitters. We won’t solve every problem. Either way, solve it privately, or PM us and keep it private.

We don’t want your dispute splattered across guild chat.

A bit of mockery is good and healthy, but too much can be over the top. If something you say upsets or offends somebody, then please stop. Don’t keep doing it to wind them up, because that’s not very nice. Likewise, if you like a bit of mockery, don’t be crying when somebody turns the mockery back on you. It’s a game after all folks; let’s keep it as just that. Don’t make it personal.

Officers have been chosen for a reason, and their authority is to be respected just as the Leaderships is. Don’t ignore them if they ask you or tell you something. They have control over allowing you to stay in guild, and they are all reasonable people. They have the responsibility of looking after the guild when the leaders are offline, so treat them with respect.

These guidelines exist for a reason.

Lastly the most important rule is you WILL be expected to enjoy yourself, and to have fun.
